Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Viision Studios, Inc. ("Muse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with usemuse.app, any related Muse mobile experience, and our products and services.
Muse is currently pre-launch. The website is informational and does not currently offer live checkout. We will update this policy before materially expanding the personal information we collect.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping or billing address.
- Account information, such as login credentials, profile details, preferences, saved items, and customer support history.
- Order information, such as products viewed or purchased, order status, shipping details, returns, refunds, and customer service communications.
- Payment-related information handled by payment processors, such as transaction status, payment method type, billing details, fraud signals, and limited card metadata. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and interactions with the site or app.
- Communications, such as messages you send to us, survey responses, support requests, and marketing preferences.
Categories of Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with Muse, the information we collect may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate location information derived from IP address, audio or visual information you provide to support, inferences about preferences, and other information you choose to provide. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless needed to provide support, comply with law, prevent fraud, or complete a transaction you request.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of Muse, and from service providers or partners that help us operate Muse, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide analytics, or communicate with users.

We may receive information from you, your device, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, shipping and logistics providers, authentication partners, analytics providers, marketing tools, customer support tools, and other service providers that help operate Muse.

- Create and manage accounts.
- Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, and support.

- Personalize product discovery and user experience.

We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense of exchanging it for money.

We may disclose identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, support communications, and related transaction information to service providers and contractors for the business purposes described above. We may disclose limited payment, risk, shipping, and identity information to payment processors, fraud prevention providers, carriers, logistics providers, and support vendors as needed to complete transactions and protect Muse.
Targeted Advertising, Sale, and Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We may use analytics and marketing tools that could be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. If we use those tools in a way that gives you opt-out rights, we will provide a method to exercise those rights as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Muse, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal and accounting requirements, fraud prevention needs, dispute resolution, and backup or security practices.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link.

You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

California Notice
If you are a California resident, the categories described in this policy are intended to also serve as our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. We collect and use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Nevada Notice
Nevada residents may have the right to opt out of certain sales of covered information. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may contact us with Nevada privacy requests at hello@usemuse.app.
Children
Muse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Muse is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
International Users
Muse is operated from the United States. If you access Muse from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Third-Party Links and Services
Muse may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, authentication tools, analytics tools, shipping providers, and support tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be handled as required by law.
