Request account deletion

Use this form if you cannot sign in to the Muse app. We will verify ownership of the email address before taking action.

What account deletion means

Your account is closed and you are signed out on all devices.
You have 30 days to cancel by signing in again. After that, the closure is final.
Your Clerk sign-in identity is removed after final closure.
We retain account, identity-verification, and transaction records that we must keep for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and backup obligations. Those records are protected and unavailable for use after closure.

If you can sign in, use the Delete account option in the app for the quickest path. A deletion request does not erase records that Muse is required to retain.
