Shipping & Returns
Effective date: July 6, 2026. Muse is currently pre-launch and does not offer live checkout on this site. This policy describes the shipping, cancellation, return, and refund practices we expect to apply when paid orders become available.
Shipping
When checkout becomes available, physical products will be shipped to eligible delivery addresses using carriers selected by Muse or our fulfillment partners. Shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and shipping fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, address problems, fraud review, product authentication, or other circumstances outside our control.
Processing and Review
Orders may require payment review, fraud review, product inspection, authentication, packaging, and carrier handoff before shipment. These steps can add processing time and may occur before a shipping label is created. We may cancel and refund an order if an item does not pass review or becomes unavailable before shipment.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
Delivery, Signature, and Risk of Loss
Some shipments may require signature confirmation or other delivery verification. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we may require you to work with the carrier and provide documentation before we can evaluate a lost-package claim.
Risk of loss may pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier or recipient, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights. We are not responsible for theft or loss after carrier-confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may not be cancellable once processing, authentication, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.
Return Authorization
Returns must be requested through Muse support before an item is sent back. We may provide a return authorization, shipping instructions, and a return label where applicable. Items sent back without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.
Returns
Unless an item is marked final sale or otherwise ineligible for return, eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with all tags, packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, accessories, and other included materials.
We may decline a return if the item is returned late, used, damaged, altered, missing materials, or not in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Return Inspection
Returned items are subject to inspection. We may compare the returned item, packaging, serial numbers, condition, tags, accessories, security labels, and documentation against our outbound records. We may deny a refund or reduce the refund amount if an item is not returned in eligible condition, is missing materials, or appears to have been substituted, altered, worn, damaged, or used.
Final Sale and Excluded Items
Certain items may be final sale, personalized, specially sourced, discounted, or otherwise ineligible for return. Any item-specific return restrictions will be shown on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless required by law or caused by our error, original shipping fees and return shipping costs may be non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an approved damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping, handling, or restocking charges disclosed at checkout where permitted by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Exchanges may not be available because many items may be unique or limited in quantity. Where offered, store credit or exchange options will be described at the time of the return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, return, refund, or other support where available.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We reserve the right to provide order, shipment, delivery, support, and account records to payment processors or card networks when responding to payment disputes.
International Orders
International shipping may not be available in all locations. When available, international customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges unless checkout states otherwise.
